Jadeite Carving Art

In this section, we are displaying some Chinese traditional jade carving crafts. The most common charateristics of Chinese jade carving is that the craftsman usally designs the carving theme according to the rough jade's feature. For example, if a rough stone contains red and green color, the craftsman may consider to carve the red part as a red bird, and carve some tree leaves in the green part. Generally speaking, almost all jade crafts are carved by hand by using a special carving machine.
